Shipping Policy

All orders ship from Delhi, India.

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

This may vary if orders are marked as 'Pre-Orders' - Please check the information tags on the product pages.

Please note high order volumes, as well as holiday seasons, may impact processing times. We will always keep you updated via Text/Email if this is the case.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders within Delhi, India.

Deliveries are made from 12pm-8pm on Monday-Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer Free Shipping all across India, regardless of order size. Couriers might take 2-7 day delivery turnaround all across India.

International Shipping

We offer a flat rate shipping of $25.00 USD worldwide, all international orders are shipped via UPS Express. UPS Express offers a 4-10 day delivery turnaround worldwide.

Taxes & Tariffs

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT/GST/Tariffs), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Day Before Yesterday is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Customers are responsible for paying all customs, duties, and taxes, imposed by their local government or customs agency.

Refusal to pay the fees, may result in the shipping company (not Day Before Yesterday) abandoning your shipment, in this case Day Before Yesterday is not liable to issue a refund for the order. Day Before Yesterday is not responsible for delays caused by customs departments in your country.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential fees before placing your order.

How do I Check the Status of my Shipment?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at daybeforeyesterday100@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
